Maziar Darvish
Chief ExecutiveMaz founded Neutron Ventures in July 2008, following the trade sale of Internet Business Group plc in February 2008. As chief executive of Neutron Ventures, he had lead the company from a start-up state to a multi-million turnover business through both organic launches and acquisitions in under a year. As co-founder and chief executive of IBG, he has extensive experience of both fund-raising and M&A activities across public and private companies.

Mike HinchcliffeTechnical Director Mike has over a decade of experience
in leading-edge software development, across a broad range of verticals spanning
pharmaceuticals to online advertising. He has been the chief architect of some of
the UK’s most successful web-based systems and is regarded as one of the leading
lights within the web 2.0 web application environment.

Pierre Jean DeVilliers
Chief Financial OfficerPierre joined Neutron Ventures in January 2009, following several years as finance director of Internet Business Group plc (both as a private and public company). Pierre is a chartered accountant with extensive experience of financial modelling and turnaround.

Jovi MirkovicBusiness Development DirectorJovi has been involved in many different aspects of the web for some 12 years before joining Neutron Ventures to head up business development in September 2008. His experience spans both sales and non-sales roles such as project management of web development operations.

Rick BothamleyOperations DirectorRick joined the Neutron Ventures team following the acquisition of Sweatband.com Ltd in October 2008. Rick brings extensive operational and logistical experience following establishing the warehousing and logistics operation of Sweatband.com in 2005. With a background in software development spanning over 20 years, Rick is uniquely qualified in deploying technology to gain operational and logistical advantages.
